About Ken and Fran In addition to running a thriving rental business, Ken and Fran Hudson also delight audiences in Westcliffe with their original production "The Wagon Master in Silver Cliff". In July 1999 they performed the medley, set in 1891, to a sold out audience at the Historic Jones Theater. Ken and Fran were winners of the Ken's performing background includes some 15 years in New York City where he sang semi-professional opera as well as musical comedy. In New York, he also produced and directed musical and straight dramatic productions as well taught production, acting and performance. Ken has been seen in "All Aboard Westcliffe" at the Historic Jones Theater as well as being a Story Teller at the Community Building and here in the Historic Jones Theater. Fran studied the guitar in New York City and has been playing since she left high school. She was seen in "All Aboard Westcliffe" and has performed several folk music concerts locally. She and Ken are known throughout the community for their gospel music. They met in a church musical in New York City and have been married for 35 years.
